Designation - MARKETING EXECUTIVE
This position is an integral part of the marketing and business development process of
organization. We are looking for a passionate individual and a self starter to execute the
company's marketing strategy and be accountable for driving all aspects revenue
generation, i.e., lead generation to closures (new customer acquisition process).
The Marketing executive for payroll Management will lead and ensure growth of
profitable new business; develop and maintain customer relationships. This role is ideal
for candidates who enjoy Marketing, selling, are achievement oriented and believe in
achieving and exceeding sales goals through strong collaboration with target prospects.
Researching and identifying sales opportunity, target identification and classification.
Ability to generate leads and build business.

them with selecting appropriate service/packages that meet their requirement.

Designation - Compliance Executive
Responsible for an organization's compliance with financial policy and reporting regulations.
Plans and directs programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business units' activities are
in compliance with regulatory requirements. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's
concepts, practices, and procedures. Typically reports to top management. Manages a
departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support
broad functional objectives. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.
Timely resolution of client queries related to PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, Reimbursements.
100% compliance on Statutory & Payroll processes.
Setting up the end to end payroll processing for temp staffing business vertical
Understanding and following payroll procedures and payroll related forms
Monthly, Quarterly Reports related to Statutory Compliance & Payroll.
Attending Internal Audit and targeting to get 100% compliance score and ensuring timely
closure of noncompliance if any noticed by Auditor.
Creating awareness of statutory provisions/laws across organization.
Providing timely updates on changes/amendments in Labour laws.
Responsible for all the Compliance related to Provident Fund, ESIC, Labour Welfare,
Profession Tax and Income Tax.
Prepare Monthly reports such as Employee Count, Salary Register, Variance Report,
Professional Tax report, Provident Fund report, Income Tax report, Pay Slips
Execute and support implementation of any changes related to Payroll and Compliance
Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.
2 to 6 years relevant experience
Financial Conduct Authority
International Compliance Association (ICA)
Should have experience in handling Statutory Compliance, Payroll.
Must have experience of MS Office
Practical and working knowledge of Labour Laws
Should have good knowledge of making MIS reports
